Logging into the Parent Portal - Multiple Schools

Introduction

This guide provides instructions for logging into the Parent Portal when your children attend multiple schools. You will be able to access all your children's information from one portal.


Steps to Log In

  1. Visit the Login Page:

  2. Enter Your Email Address:

    • Input the email address associated with your profiles at both schools.
  3. Select the School:

    • If your email is linked to multiple schools, you will be prompted to choose which school's portal you wish to access.
  4. Log In:

    • After selecting the desired school, proceed to log in using your credentials.

Additional Information

  • If your children attend different schools, you will have separate accounts for each. To view information for each child, you will need to log out of one account and log into the other.

  • For first-time access or password resets:

    • Go to login.arbor.sc and select "Forgotten your password?"
    • Visit your school's specific URL (e.g., Sunnyville.uk.arbor.sc) and click on "First Time Logging In?"
    • Use the link provided in a "Welcome to Arbor" or password reset email.
