Sometimes it might be necessary to 'Clear Browsing Data' on your Chromebook.
Please follow the instructions below:-
Login to your Chromebook in the normal way and open Chrome.
- At the top right, click More ( 3 vertical dots)
- Click More tools > Clear browsing data...
- Choose Advanced
- Time Range > All time
- Tick all the boxes
- Click Clear data.
After you have completed the 7 steps above you should be good to go.
