To set up your own seating plan for a class follow these steps:

Log into Epraise.

Select Groups and then Classes

Next select the class you want to create a seating plan for

Now select Seating Plan from the menu

You will now be given three options, it is recommended that you start with "Narrow grid view"

You will then be able to simply drag the tiles that represent the children around the screen to create your seating plan.

If you get in a mess and want to start again, then click the "Reset Seats" button and you will be taken back to the three options.

If you lose the images for the children and want to get them back, simply click the "Preferences" button

Then select "Show Photographs" and "Save Settings". This will return the photographs of the children.
