Introduction

Creating a seating plan in Epraise helps you organize your classroom by assigning students to specific seats. This guide provides step-by-step instructions to help you create and manage seating plans for your classes.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Log in to Epraise

1. Go to the Epraise Website:

   • Open your web browser and navigate to Epraise.

2. Enter Login Details:

   • Enter your username and password to access the system. If you're using your school credentials, log in with those.

Step 2: Navigate to the Classes Section

1. Access the Classes Tab:

   • Once logged in, click on the Classes tab from the menu to see all of your assigned classes.
      

2. Select Your Class:

   • Find the class you want to create a seating plan for and click on it.

Step 3: Access the Seating Plan

1. Go to the Seating Plan Section:
   • Once you're in the class overview, click on Seating Plan from the options.

Step 4: Arrange the Seating Plan

1. Choose View Option:

   • You'll be presented with different views. Start with the Narrow grid view for easier seat arrangements.

2. Drag and Drop Students:

   • Click and drag the student tiles to place them in the desired seats. This allows you to customize the seating arrangement.

3. Reset the Plan if Needed:

   • If you want to start over, click the Reset Seats button to clear the current arrangement.

Step 5: Show Student Photographs (Optional)

1. Enable Photos:
   • To display student photographs, click on Preferences and select Show Photographs. Then save the settings.

Additional Information

• Saving the Plan:

  • Your seating plan will automatically save as you make changes. There's no need to click a save button.

• Updating the Plan:

  • You can update the seating plan at any time by repeating the process above.
