We are aware of a bug affecting the Microsoft Teams App. If meeting attendees appear as white box during a teams call please follow the instructions below to resolve this. If you need to access a meeting urgently, please use Team's via the web browser instead via office.com 


How to resolve the Team's white screen bug:

  1. Open Microsoft Teams, Click on the three dots to the left of your profile picture and click Settings

  2. Under General > Application, tick Disable GPU hardware acceleration (requires restarting Teams) and close the settings window.


  3. Right click on the Microsoft Teams icon in the start bar and select Quit 
    Technology Support / Quit and Restart Teams on a Laptop


  4. Re-Open teams.
