Introduction

This guide will show you how to scan documents to OneDrive using the printer.


Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Sign In

  • Log into the printer using your username and password or swipe card.

2. Select Account

  • Choose the account you wish to charge the scan to. (Note: Scans are not charged but are used for reports on printer usage.)

3. Choose Destination

  • Select OneDrive from the list of scan destinations.

4. Adjust Settings

  • Modify settings as needed or change the file name.

5. Authorize Access

  • The first time you send a scan, you will receive an email to authorize access to your OneDrive.

6. Locate Scans

  • In OneDrive, a new folder named Apps will be created. Inside, you'll find Scans for PaperCut MF, where your scans are stored.
