When adding individual pupils it is important to pay attention to the following notes:

First make sure the pupil isn't already listed. Duplicates can be dealt with but they cause problems.

First Name and Last Name REQUIRED.

The Username is usually left to be auto-generated - leave it blank

Password REQUIRED

Enter Gender and Year

The Unique Pupil Number is important and should be entered as soon as it is available

Date of Birth REQUIRED

Start Date HIGHLY RECOMMENDED (treat as REQUIRED)

Save.

In the Class Enrolment tab:

Click on Accelerated Reader and select the Class to enrol the pupil in that class.

Save.
