For Users who are able to call out side of the organisation they have had a policy implemented for no caller ID to show when they call out but if you use the Teams app on your phone this does not happen here is a guide to set this up.

1. open up teams and go to the three lines 

2. go down to the settings tab 

3. from here go down to the Calling menu.

4. then from here go down and apply the Caller ID setting

This will then make sure that when calling from your mobile no one will be able to see your phone number.
