Setting up 365 Business Voice for Teams calls

1. A licence for 365 Business voice needs to be assigned onto each individual required

2. with 365 admin centre, open teams admin

3. Once Open, left hand side select VOICE > PHONE NUMBERS

4. if no phone numbers show in the list or they have all been assigned, select the option 'add'

5. fill out the order number and information to add more numbers to be assigned within teams

6. once you have the numbers, select one of the unassigned numbers and select edit

7. assign the number to the individual with the 365 business voice license.

8. repeat steps 6-7 until you have assigned all users



Done!
