navigating Office 365 can be done in many different ways, when first signing into office 365 you will be at the home page.

This is the place were you can access everything you need out of office 365.

You will have your apps that you can use for all the tasks you need with word, power point, excel etc...

You can also access your documents through here and all the recent applications and documents that have been opened and also share point were you can share documents and different applications with peers.

This can also be accessed by the top left corner of the screen with the little square next to the RSA logo.
