The trust uses an email filter to protect users from phishing attacks, viruses and other dangers in emails.


Some emails are placed in a "Quarantine" allowing users to release the emails themselves if they are from a trusted source, emails like this will look like this:




Check the From and Subject section, once you've decided that the emails are geniune, click "DELIVER"


After clicking deliver, by default, you are taken to a change password screen. Simply click Message Log


Locate the email(s) and click deliver



It can take a couple of minutes for these emails to be re-delivered depending on how many there are in the queue. If you encounter issues please contact us:
