This guide will go through the process of removing Cached exchange mode on outlook.
firstly, please open outlook on your machine, in the top right hand corner of the screen, click File > Info > Account settings > Account settings. as shown below:
A new window will open, please 'double click' on your email address:
A new window will open,please untick the 'use cached exchange mode box...' as shown below.
Please close and re-open outlook now and your all done.
