To remote into a machine to see what is been viewed all you will have to do is look  in the group that you wish to monitor you can look by the users name from the user column.

from here double click the user you would like to monitor and it will come up with the display of there screen and ten all the different controls you can have over the computer.

From here you can control the computer, lock machines, block websites etc .
