If you encounter the following message below means that you are not connected to the network.
1) Check that both ends of an Ethernet cable are plugged in ( one end in your PC, the other end into an Network port in the wall)
2) Check the back of the PC to see if there are two lights flashing
You can confirm that it is plugged in correctly by the flashing green and orange lights.
