If faced with the following message :

Please do the following:

1. On your computer, open Chrome.
2. At the top right, click More More.
3. Click History and then History.
4. On the left, click Clear browsing data. A box will appear.
5. From the drop-down menu, select All time.
6. Select the bottom 2 boxes: 
7. Click Clear data.
8. Close Chrome, reopen it and try again.
