• In your document that you’re working on navigate to File > Print ( like you normally would), click on the down arrow (1.) next to the printer name and choose Add Printer 



You will then have a Find Printers Popup. In the Name field leave it blank and press find now (2.)



  • Choose the printer you want, this will highlight it blue, and click OK (3.)


  • You will not see this appear in your printer list (4.). 


This can be done for Arrow Vale and also Ipsley as well. If there are any issues with adding a new printer to your machine please contact the the IT support team.
